Benjamen W. Murphy, better known as Ben Murphy, was born in Gary, Indiana and grew up in Griffith, Indiana,  He attended Indiana University, where we completed his B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy in 1995.  He then earned his J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School in 1998.  That same year, he received his law license in Indiana and Illinois.  In February of 2015, Mr. Murphy moved his law practice from Merrillville, Indiana, to his home town of Griffith, Indiana.
